I have tried to find the relationship between Bookshelf and Adobe digital editions, but can't find anything.
Epubor software just deal with .epub books which can be read on Adobe Digital Editions, so, Epubor can't convert VitalSource bookshelf.

Most of VitalSource bookshelf ebooks' format is .vbk, Epubor do not support.

On 11/27/19 I purchased your $49.99 unlimited program for my laptop.
I have received several registration codes, none of which worked. I understand that during the Christmas holidays things can get hectic. But I still need to be able to get into my program.

Today I saw through my email that your unlimited program was on sale for $39.99 so I purchased it for my desk top. According to the add it was suppose to me on sale until 12-29-19. I was charged $49.99. And once again the registration code does not work.

I am now out $99.98 and still have no program on either computer.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE FIX THIS!

I have Vitalsource Downloader 1.0.10.252 but each time I input my vitalsource credentials I get a message of wrong password even though the password is correct.
